I'm Brandi. Eighteen. Firefighter, future EMT in the backwoods of New Hampshire. Writer, opportunist, realist, firm believer in pushing my luck by flirting with Death on a daily basis. With an Irish backbone and the blood of a Finn in my veins, I intend on conquering this life single-handedly.
12/14/13: Brothers and sisters up by the Canadian Border in NH made headlines while fighting fire at an abandoned historic movie theater. The fire is considered suspicious and is under investigation. The temp was below zero at the time of the fire which caused numerous problems for firefighters on scene. Several North Conway mutual aid companies were called in after the initial call at 1900, to 02:30, but fifteen minutes after packing up and leaving, they were toned out again for a rekindle and finally dissolved command at 0430. The photos above were featured on the local news, but were taken by fellow firefighters. Good job, guys!
